Internal struggles, relational issues, adjustments, anxiety, or other life challenges, may be our reason for seeking out counseling. Pursuing counseling is an excellent first step; you can do this! No matter what age – grade school through retirement age – you do not have to encounter life challenges on your own. My goal is to provide you with a safe space where you can vent, process, or discover at your pace, with no judgement. I hope to help you find the perfect skill or tool to utilize and work through this current moment, so that you may flourish into the best person you can be. Children and youth face similar struggles, they can also benefit from the opportunity to explore their world and learn skills to navigate it.
