Life can be challenging, and sometimes the weight of past experiences, current stressors, or difficult relationships can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to go next. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have everything figured out. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore what's getting in the way of the life you want to live.

With more than 11 years of experience as a mental health professional, I have worked with adolescents, adults, families, and individuals from diverse backgrounds navigating anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, relationship concerns, stress, trauma, and major life transitions. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). Throughout my career, I have witnessed the incredible resilience people possess, even during some of their most difficult moments, and I believe healing happens when we have the opportunity to feel safe, understood, and connected.

My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and down to earth. I strive to balance empathy with honesty and sometimes humor, creating a therapeutic relationship where you feel supported while also being challenged to grow. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also using a strength based approach so that I can tailor treatment to each client's unique experiences, skills, goals, and strengths to ensure each person feels seen, heard, and empowered.

Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply seeking greater self-understanding, we'll work together to build practical tools, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful change. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation—not an interrogation—and I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and greater well-being.
