As a dedicated social worker and psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience, I am here to support you on your journey
through life's various seasons. My approach to therapy is rooted in empowerment and collaboration, guided by a strengths-based and trauma-informed perspective. Utilizing a relational approach, I strive to build a strong therapeutic relationship, fostering trust and understanding along the way. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received my social work degree from Erikson Institute. My focus is working with families, new parents, adults, and youth. I have had the privilege to work with a diverse range of individuals, including children ages 2-18 as well as their caregivers. I am dedicated to honoring and respecting the individuality of each person I work with and hope that the therapeutic relationship can serve as a catalyst for change and self-discovery.
