This two hour gathering will allow us to come together as a community of souls who can validate each other‘s struggle while looking for ways to care for ourselves as we navigate the expectations of the holiday season.

This group offers a four-week series focused on exploring spiritual and energy principles through guided discussions, meditations, and simple practices. It's designed for individuals open to these concepts, creating a supportive space for reflection and connection.

This 6 Week Circle will include nurturing and deepening one's practice of energy healing through teaching/exploration, a blessing of Reiki transmission, and a supportive circle throughout a 28 day integration practice.

How do we keep an open hopeful heart while experiencing fear, loss and heartbreak? In this four session journey together, we will learn what it means to experience holding space for our own and each other’s emotional healing process.

Through both individual and group reflection/activities, we will clarify what we truly want, identify limiting beliefs, and will use HeartMath meditation and aspects of spiritual ceremony to manifest the successful realization of our goals.
